Process photos of sketch will be sent (pay the 50% non-refundable deposit)

Upon approving the sketch, you will pay in full. Then (if requested), a colored sketch will be sent for further approval/revisions.

Upon approving the colored sketch, you may not request refunds.

Upon finishing, I will send you the work for any final minor revisions.

- Products will be digitally delivered. I will email you full res .png and watermarked .jpeg files for social media posting once the finalized work is approved.

Revisions throughout the process are okay, just make sure they are reasonable and to not ask for too many (~1-4 is all good!). Too many revisions may incur an additional fee which must be paid in full before making the adjustment.

I own all rights to my work. I am allowed to post commissions on my social media platforms unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the works in my portfolio. MY WORK CANNOT BE USED FOR AI GENERATORS OR NFTs.

Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may use them for profile pictures, banners, etc. but cannot use for profit. Reposting my work is ok but you must give credit @sunniu__.

I can reject your request for any reason.

All contact should be within instagram DMs or email.

Clients must provide at least one clear (the more the merrier!!) and concise visual reference; please also include any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character.

Please be patient, but feel free to DM (instagram)/email me if you haven’t received an update recently!

I will take 2-6 weeks to complete a commission in order to insure quality work. I spend a lot of time on my work and I want my art to reflect it. If I need more time, I will inform you.

Please let me know when the payment has been sent. I will send an invoice via email.

I accept payment in USD. All payments will be taken via Paypal only.

Commissions require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Full payment is required after approval of sketch

I have the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, and without explanation.

Commissions cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started results in a full refund for the client.

If the client cancels an in-progress commission, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to my discretion.

No refunds may be requested for completed or nearly completed commissions.

I will not tolerate disrespectful, inappropriate, or aggressive behavior and will cancel your commission if you exhibit any of these behaviors. You will receive a partial refund, but I will keep 50% of the payment.

If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.
